Established in 1978, Tri-County Extended Care and Fairfield Pavilion were designed to meet the changing senior housing and health care needs within the surrounding communities. Our campus offers independent and assisted lifestyles, short term rehabilitation and post surgical programs, personalized respite, long term care and outpatient therapy. Our staff is here to accomodate each resident's needs. We are proud of the longevity of our staff, with many staff members being here 20 years or more. |
