Fairfield Pavilion - Assisted Living

Assisted Living at Fairfield Pavilion provides each resident with a warm, supportive environment. Individualized services encourage each resident to maintain their independence while receiving the assistance that they need. A “Level of Care” structure provides the residents with care when they need it. Residents are evaluated routinely to determine how much assistance they require from our staff. Each Level of Care is designed to provide residents with assistance for activities of daily living (ADLs) while preserving their dignity and promoting independence.
