How do Levels of Care work at Fairfield Pavilion?
Fairfield Pavilion was designed and structured to meet our resident's needs without moving them from place to place unnecessarily. Our level of care structure reflects our ability to adjust our services to meet our residents' needs.

Does Fairfield Pavilion provide meals for those with special dietary needs?
Fairfield Pavilion offers a varied menu that has selections to meet any resident's special dietary needs. Fairfield Pavilion also has a registered Dietician on staff that is available for dietary counseling for any resident that wants assistance in selecting appropriate food items from the menu.

What if need Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy?
On site, outpatitent, therapy services are available to all residents at Fairfield Pavilion through our Rehabilitation Department at Tri County Extended Care Center. Those residents requiring an inpatient stay have full access to accomodations and services at Tri-County Extended Care Center.

Is a large "Residency Fee" required at Fairfield?
No initial investment other than a security deposit is required for residency at Fairfield Pavilion.
Thereafter residents are billed on a monthly basis.

What happens if I need more assistance than Fairfield Pavilion can provide?
IIf the time comes that a resident requires more services than Fairfield Pavilion can provide. Tri-County Extended Care Center, located adjacent to our facility, will give priority to placing residents from Fairfield Pavilion.

Is Medicaid assistance available at Fairfiled Pavilion?
Fairfield Pavilion participates in the Medicaid Waiver Program, allowing those residents that qualify to receive Medicaid assistance in Assisted Living.
