Fairfield Pavilion - Assisted Living

Our Independent level of care at Fairfield Pavilion is designed for those residents who are independent with their personal care and require no routine assistance from our nursing staff. At the same time, our residents have the peace of mind knowing that, if needed, help isn’t far away. Residents can take advantage of all the services that are provided facility-wide while giving up all the worries of living alone in the community.

Our residents don’t have to worry about home maintenance, yard or housework, utility bills & cooking full meals. Instead, they enjoy their retirement by taking part in the recreational and wellness programs offered both in and out of the facility.

Our facility is structured so we can personalize our services to meet the needs of our residents without moving them from place to place unnecessarily.

One Example: If we were to admit a couple into our facility, it is quite possible that one may need Independent Living and the other may require Assisted Living. We can provide for each resident’s needs while allowing them to live together in the same apartment!

Another Example: Residents admitted at an Independent level of care may someday require services at an Assisted level. We can adjust the services we are providing to the resident without moving them!
